How our Solution Works

Charge at a Centralized Connection

The barge connects to an existing high-voltage grid connection and charges its batteries, ideally using clean electricity from the grid or renewables.

Navigate to the Ship

Once charged, the barge is moved to the ship’s location, whether at berth or at anchor. Depending on the port setup this is done using a tug or integrated propulsion.

Connect to the Ship

The barge connects to the ship with its own or the ship's cable management system and delivers electricity at the required voltage and frequency.

Disconnect and Repeat

After the service, the barge is safely disconnected and returned to the charging point or navigated to the next ship that requires clean electricity.
